A downloadable game for Windows
In March 2011, a 4chan user wrote a post titled "Lolita Slave Toy". He claimed to be an eastern European doctor who bought young orphan girls and transformed them into "easy manageable sex toys" through a series of surgical procedures and prolonged torture. These human dolls could be ordered and bought on the Dark Web. It quickly became an internet urban legend, but no one was ever able to confirm the veracity of that post.
This is a horror adventure/simulation game based on the Lolita Slave Toys urban legend. You play as the dollmaker doctor, many years after the infamous post. You are retired, but delicate family matters have forced you to go back to making dolls. You must now handle your family, your day job, and your secret craft.
The game has three different endings.

Beautiful Escape Dolls is the spiritual sequel to 2010's award winning Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer. While it is conceptually very similar and there are a few intersections between the two, you don't need to know one to play the other.
This is a different type of horror. In Beautiful Escape, you are not fighting or escaping from the bad guy. You are the bad guy. Or are you?

can anyone explain how to attach the plastic arms? i've been trying forever to get them on, but it's not working (tried with gabapentin, properly cleaned the blood off from the shoulders/bars)
edit: somehow got the arms and legs on, still not entirely sure what triggers them to pop on, now i've attached all the parts and i think i need to clean up the remaining blood, but im not sure. i checked the game files so i know what the final clean body is supposed to look like, but it's really hard to get the cloth to interact with the blood stains (especially once you're completely out of gabapentin)
You need to aim based on the position where the arm/leg is going to be, not on the cross cursor. I added that instruction on version 1.1.
The cloth cleans blood stains, but it leaves some small red dots, which don't need to be wiped. The stains themselves are not supposed to be hard to clean. Maybe you forgot some part (face?). But if you're not getting the message "wipe off all blood", it means you haven't attached all doll parts yet.
thanks for the quick reply! i did read that instruction and had some trouble understanding it based on how it was phrased, but i think i get it now.
i also figured out what the issue was: i think i somehow broke the teeth when i put them in (i didn't realize you could do that), and it was the only set of teeth i had, effectively softlocking me. probably happened when i was spamming the z button (a lack of gabapentin makes selecting things very difficult)
Makes sense! If you use the saw (or the pliers, if I'm not mistaken) on any doll part, it breaks it... so best to avoid spamming the button indeed! Good luck on your next surgeries, and tell me if you have any more problems!
A perfect sequel. Familiar enough to be uplifted by the first game, yet different enough to be as fresh and exciting!

Just played 40 minutes of this, and only stopped because I'm too tired to continue, but wow! What an intense game so far. Definitely not for the faint of heart. But there's also some serious subtext here. Another banger by Nicolau "calunio" Chaud. Will continue with steps of fear and trepidation.
Can there be cheats to unlock Everything and the gallery scenes and also can We make Clown Doll Girls that drag the Player (Us) under the bed for kinky sex like the Clown Doll Scene from Scary Movie 2 can that be in the game?
And the Clown Doll Girl idea fits this game as a horror thing I mean Clowns Clown Dolls and Horror go together very well and Everyone wants to fuck a Clown Girl.
Not that type of game. You should try it anyway, it might help you develop new fantasies.
