As much as it hurts to say, I might take this game down.

Plus I may be answering to a law suit for ethical issues.

Recently a former patient played the game and found out

I used her info as source for one of the characters.

Law was never my area of expertise. I wasn't expecting that.

Feeling really sad right now. 

Objectively speaking, it made me want to quit game making.

Or I could just claim all resemblances are coincidences, I dunno.

Legally, I didn't actually identify the person I used as a source.

So that's it. Don't know what else to say. Shit happens, I guess.
